Significant updates 

Simplified controls for editing author history

We have updated the user interface for editing author history.  In addition to a more updated look and feel, we updated the preset time selections to be more closer to observed user habits.  Entering specific begin and end times is also easier.

Switch Toolbar off via Settings

For those who are accustomed to keep the toolbar minimized, we have added a on/off toggle in the settings menu.  Hopefully this returns a bit more screen space to users with busy desktops.

Highlights of bugs fixed

• Contact forum drag&drop bug fixed

• Interference with documenting printing fixed.

• Article title mis-read as just article number bug fixed.
